I am proud to be the owner and a hairstylist at Shear D’Light Hair Salon. I have been in the industry for Over  22 years now. I love my job because I get to make every person that sits in my chair feel great about themselves. 

 I get to meet so many new people every day and everyone has a different story, wants a different look and I get to help them accomplish it. I LOVE to go to classes and learn the latest trends and styles and bring them back to my clients and my team.

Hi! My name is Rene’. The beauty industry has been a constant in my life since 1986. I was in high school, and found a job as a receptionist in a local salon. I loved the atmosphere!

This was the career path for me! As the years go on, the industry goes through changes. So, education is always necessary.

As my collection of shears and curling irons grow, so does my need to keep up with trends, and education in the beauty industry never stops. I look forward to seeing you from “Behind the Chair”!

My absolute passion is performing the art of cosmetology. I’ve been in the industry for 7 years and licensed for 5.

Bringing beauty and joy to my clients is one of my overall goals. I specialize in highlights, balayage, styling and most importantly fantasy colors.
